This year we can say that our favorite number is two: we are the second best hamburger in Spain and we have opened our second location in Madrid. We tell you all about it in this post!
Frankie Cheese Bacon, artisan burger
When we started designing the menu we wanted to cook a burger that was simple in form and ingredients but of supreme quality. The yellow burger -as we like to call it- is made with the best cuts of purebred beef, hand-chopped daily, natural smoked bacon and national high quality cheeses. All this on a brioche bun, so fluffy that it melts in your mouth.
Frankie Cheese Bacon is available in two sizes: 160 grams and 250 grams, the Super Frankie version, third Best Burger in Spain 2022.
Our commitment is based on respecting the character of a classic hamburger restaurant; all processes are handmade, following the highest quality as the recipe originally implemented in Frankie's pioneer location in Alcalá de Henares.
The rest of the burgers are based on the Frankie Cheese Bacon. In our menu you can find the Guacamole, with homemade guacamole, cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce; the Willy Cheese with grilled goat cheese and caramelized onion or the Original, with chopped onion and pickles.
And as in Frankie Burgers we know that nowhere like at home, we strive to make a burger that is just as excellent and tasty on your couch at home. And it seems that we have succeeded because, thanks to your votes, we are the Second Best Burger in Spain at home.

And as we know that you also like to enjoy in the purest Frankie Burgers style, we bring you another news: last February 18th we opened the doors of our second location in Madrid, in Calle Espronceda 17.
Very close to the Ponzano location, you will be able to enjoy this new space, with an industrial, casual and elegant atmosphere.
As always, in our local Frankie Burgers Madrid you will find a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal to enjoy, enlivened with DJ style music.
