Frankie Burgers arrives in Madrid, but who is Frankie? We tell you all about it in this post!
Frankie is cool, traveler, cheerful, fun, "uncomplicated"; he likes to spend little, but eat well... He likes beer and enjoy great moments with friends and family. Frankie Burgers has opened a new hamburger restaurant in Ponzanoone of the essential streets to feel the gastronomic pulse of Madrid today.
Frankie's has arrived in the center of the capital to demonstrate that the supreme quality ingredients and prices for all budgets together in a burger is not a dream, it is the latest project of Monio Group, a reference restaurant group in Alcalá de Henares, with five restaurants. In fact, Frankie's has a big brother there: Francesco's Pizza.
Next to the hamburgers in Alcalá de Henares that you will find at number 3, Mayor Street, you can enjoy the Francesco's pizzas which has its own premises a few meters away, at 15 Libreros Street, where you can discover its proposal as an Italian restaurant.
The best hamburgers in Madrid
Our bet is based on respecting the character of a classic hamburger restaurant, with a short menu but full of simple products in form and substance, with great taste.
The secret of our burgers is that they are totally homemade: we prepare them daily by hand with 100% beef, they are "guarded" in a spongy and delicate brioche bread. Without forgetting their best "battle partner", exceptional homemade fries that we cut by hand every day and that are addictive.
The yellow burger -as we like to call it- is made with the best cuts of purebred beef, hand-chopped daily, natural smoked bacon and national high quality cheeses. Simple and tasty!
Artisanal hamburgers
All the processes are made by hand, following the highest quality as the recipe originally implemented in the Frankie alcalaíno.
Our flagship burger is the Frankie Cheese Bacon, which is available in two sizes, 180 and 250 grams and comes with a double layer of American cheese, bacon and Frankie sauce; and at an unbeatable price: 10.90 euros.
The rest of the burgers are based on the Frankie Cheese Bacon. In our menu you can find La Guaka, with homemade guacamole, cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce; the Chilibun, with homemade chili, double layer of cheddar, pickle and chipotle mayo sauce; and the Willy Cheese with grilled goat cheese and caramelized onion.
You can also find a chicken option: the Chicken Crispy, with crispy chicken breast, batavia lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and our version of the Honey-Mustard; and a vegetarian option, the Anti-Burger, with grilled onion, cheddar cheese and special Vegan sauce.

And for you to enjoy a gastronomic experience to repeat, we have chosen a place located in Ponzano 46, a very simple and cozy space.
The decoration has been the responsibility of the architecture and interior design studio Bluedpend Studio -[architecture - interior - branding]-. Wood and light tones are the protagonists, in a minimalist space that has a certain Nordic air. It is designed to accommodate about 60 people but if you enjoy eating outdoors, we also have a terrace for 24 diners.
In Frankie Burgers Madrid you will find a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for disfrutones, enlivened with Dj style music inviting you to take a drink when lunchtime is over, or between hours. In short, Frankie is very much for you to join the evening or extend the night taking the first and the second. We wait for you!
