During this time, and thanks to you, we have made a niche for ourselves among the gastronomic proposals of the city with a menu that, although short, contains top quality products; starters, delicious burgers for meat lovers, including vegetarian and vegan proposals, and finger-licking desserts.
Such has been our effort from the beginning to improve day by day, that we are currently a point of reference in Alcalá de Henares. Best hamburgers in Spain
This year, more than 240 restaurants and hamburger restaurants from all over the country competed in the II Spanish Hamburger Championship. In the first phase of the Championship, the customers themselves were able to evaluate the quality of the bread, the meat, the cheese and, most importantly, the taste of the proposal as a whole.
March 9, 2022, thanks to the votes of the diners and the jury, Frankie Burgers positioned itself as the third best hamburger in Spain and the second best hamburger in Madrid. And here we are, savoring this great success with the queen of the burgers - the Super Frankie Cheese - which, since then, has presided over the table of all "Frankie lovers".

The origin of Frankie Burgers
Our flagship hamburger is the Frankie Cheese BaconBut it wasn't the first hamburger to be made in Frankie's kitchen...
Frankie Burgers was born in July 2020 in Alcalá de Henares and its style is reminiscent of the 'burgers' of the American 50s, but with touches of the house.
Taqueria Puebla, our origins
It all started in the premises that housed the famous taqueria Puebla in Alcalá de Henares, belonging to Monio Group. Due to the pandemic, our restaurant group closed all its restaurants, but did not stop observing and analyzing the opportunities. One of them, the high demand for home delivery y take away that was given at the time.
This is when we came up with a risky but very successful idea: to offer the residents of Alcalá de Henares the best tacos (Puebla Taquería), pizzas (Puebla Taquería), pizzas (Puebla Taquería) and pizzas (Puebla Taquería).Francesco's Pizza) and burgers (Frankie Burgers). The operation, as you can imagine, was quite complicated because of all the elements and profiles that influence and make up a business; added to doing it in a 60m2 local, which has 4 tables inside and 8 on the terrace. Offering three different gastronomic proposals became an opportunity and a challenge.

In just a few months, Frankie Burgers has positioned itself as the Local Legend on major food delivery aggregators and there wasn't a person in town who hadn't heard of their burgers. One day we went from selling 5 or 10 burgers in a day to selling over 100 daily. Frankie Burgers is here to stay and expand!
If there is one thing that is clear to us in our restaurant brands is that success is not only achieved by choosing a good product, but also by a committed team, measured with high quality standards, initiative and persistent in continuous improvement. Our first hamburgers
And what we told you at the beginning, our Frankie Cheese Bacon was not the first burger we made. Our Mexican-accented origins inspired us to make the Turix: with cochinita pibil from the tacos of Puebla and chipotle mayonnaise. The Turix sparked the flame that still burns in the Frankie Burgers grills, and from which our bestseller hamburgers.

Today, Frankie Burgers has two locations, one in Alcalá de Henares (Mayor, 3) and another in Madrid (Ponzano, 46), where you can eat well at a good price and, most importantly, enjoy great moments with friends and family in a cool, cheerful, fun and "uncomplicated" place.
