In the spring of 2020, we created during the pandemic a 2.0 and digitized catering business mode at 100% with two of Monio Group's brands: Francesco's Pizza and Frankie Burgers. Local 2.0 that combines Dark Kitchen, a strong orientation to Take Away (pick up on the premises) for our central location (We are in Calle Mayor 3) and table service inside and terrace. A 360º business focused on product quality and whose engine is delivery.

That's why at Frankie Burgers and Francesco's Pizza we work on sustainability from a transversal vision: from the purchase of our raw materials to the delivery of the product to homes or to the tables of our restaurants.
